    A market-leading German organisation and new Workday Customer is building an in-house HRIS team, and we are looking for 3x Workday Functional Analysts to join them on a permanent basis.

    These roles are available as fully remote across Europe! Salaries will vary depending on experience and location, going up to around €75,000.

    We welcome applications from experienced Workday HCM Specialists at Analyst and Senior Analyst level.

    This client implemented Workday in Germany in 2023 and they are now live with Core HCM, Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking. The adoption rate is already strong, but HR Leaders are now keen to make the best out of Workday by optimising existing functionalities and implementing new ones. The new Workday Analysts will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, identifying areas for system improvement, configuring changes and troubleshooting issues when required.

    Once Workday is fully optimised in Germany, the team will then expand its scope to other countries including Italy, Bulgaria, Albania and China.

    It’s a fantastic opportunity for experienced HRIS professionals to make an impact in the development of Workday within a fast-growing and innovative company that focuses on sustainability.

    3x Workday Analysts – Fully Remote in Europe – Requirements:

    • Strong Workday skills, including configuration experience in Core HCM and either Compensation, Absence and/or Time Tracking
    • For roles at Senior Analyst level, we require experience of supporting and/or leading Workday optimisation projects
    • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
    • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be a plus
    • Good customer facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders from different global regions and at all levels within the organisation
    • Eligibility to live and work in the country of residence without Visa restrictions
