    Keylime Consultants is collaborating with a distinguished global company, an established Workday Client headquartered in Paris. We are actively seeking a seasoned Workday Advanced Compensation Lead to join their international team, who will oversee Advanced Compensation projects on a global scale.

    This pivotal role combines configuration expertise, leadership, and advisory responsibilities to drive the effective management of Merit, Bonus, and Long-Term Incentive campaigns within Workday.

    You will be responsible for leading a team of three Workday Specialists, with members based in Paris as well as other locations across APAC and the US.

    This is a hybrid role in Paris, offering a competitive base salary of up to €105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and variable bonus structure. However, candidates based within the EU are welcome to apply and will be considered for remote work, with frequent visits to the offices in Paris.

    Workday Advanced Compensation Lead – Requirements:

    • Strong and proven experience in configuring Advanced Compensation to ensure the seamless implementation and execution of Merit, Bonus, and Long-Term Incentive programs
    • Previous participation in new Workday Advanced Compensation implementations, preferably on a global scale
    • Demonstrated leadership experience in team management or willingness to step into a leadership role
    • Proficiency in Workday User Adoption and Stakeholder Management, capable of elucidating the System’s functionalities and benefits, and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders to advocate for the utilisation of Workday Advanced Compensation
    • Ability to develop comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for Advanced Compensation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities
    • Knowledge and experience with Workday Reporting and Security is an advantage
    • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration, solidarity, and a client-oriented approach
    • Fluency in English for effective communication within an international team
